Super heating is the phenomenon in which a liquid is heated to a temperature higher than its boiling point without it boiling.

Measuring super heat is important because for example, if you are using a n air conditioner, it will help to prevent damage to it and make it run more efficiently.

Suppose the evaporator outlet temperature is 100 degrees and its inlet is 90 degrees, calculate super heat.
